Repurchase of receivables - Febbrary 2026
By virtue of a receivables repurchase agreement signed on February 25, 2026, illimity Bank S.p.A. repurchased on a non-recourse basis from COLT SPV S.r.l. all credits arising from financing agreements, as listed in the attached file named “Annex: repurchased receivables”.
illimity Bank S.p.A., as the transferee, has given notice of the mentioned repurchase through a notice published in the Official Gazette Second Section no. 24 del 28/02/2026.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Law no. 130 of April 30, 1999, the annexes contain the following reference data for each credit: the debtor’s NDG code and the account number from which the credits originate. Debtors wishing to receive confirmation of the repurchase or transfer of their credit may send a written request to the following email address:
