We are the Asset Management Company of the illimity Group, established to set up and manage Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) specialising in loans to business.

Hype

The 100% Italian fintech that offers a complete range of payment, savings and credit instruments in a single app that is constantly evolving to meet people's needs and simplify their money management.

b-ilty

The digital service for Small Corporates with a turnover of between EUR 2 million and EUR 15 million who want to improve their financial management or need support for their growth.

Quimmo

The first immo-tech of the Abilio network, the illimity Group company that specialises in the digital brokerage of property and capital goods from the judicial domain, leasing companies and voluntary sales.

“The results for FY2024, which were approximately 11% higher than in 2023, confirm the central role of the Corporate Banking Division in creating value for the Group, as it was the main source of revenue in 2024. The excellent origination capacity of the Business Areas and the overall good performance of the loan portfolio were confirmed, as also highlighted by the significant early repayments made during the year (up from 2023).”

Specialised Credit
The objective of the Special Credit Division is to offer specialised credit solutions to small and medium-sized companies in complex financial situations following an asset-based approach, with a focus on real estate projects in the residential or hospitality sectors. The Bank intervenes in the restructuring of a company's debt with real estate as collateral, combining the ability to finance with the ability to manage the assets, thanks to the real estate expertise of the company ARECneprix and the ability to sell the assets of Quimmo, the portal dedicated to digital real estate brokerage. With this logic, the Bank is able to manage loans in the world of Real Estate and asset-based financing.

illimity SGR was set up with the aim of operating and developing activities in the strategic areas indicated by its parent company illimity Bank S.p.A. and of the banking group headed by the latter. The SGR shall be a professional operator in establishing, administering, managing, organising, promoting and selling closed-end reserved alternative collective investment undertakings (“AIFs”), set up both with own funds and with third party institutional investors.
