Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors
He graduated in law from the Sacred Heart Catholic University and began his career at Banco Ambrosiano, which would become part of Banco Ambrosiano Veneto. He worked there for a number of years, holding roles of increasing responsibility and eventually becoming the Head of the Central Administrative Department, a role he would later hold also at Banca Intesa, Banca IntesaBci and Intesa Sanpaolo.
His experience, particularly working on many one-off transactions, ultimately meant he has gained extensive expertise in the management of legal, administrative and tax-related issues in the banking industry.
He has been a Board Member at many companies in the Intesa and Intesa Sanpaolo Groups, including Intesa Gestione Crediti, Intesa Private Banking and Sudameris S.A. Paris.
He is currently the Chairperson of the Board of Statutory Auditors at illimity.
