Art is expressed in different forms and techniques, with the goal of inspiring people to look beyond leaving a mark in history. Art is diversity, inclusion, one of the oldest and most beautiful things there is, able to unite and create shared value.
fondazione illimity was founded with a clear mission, to create value through the economic and social regeneration of real estate assets by reinventing spaces. How? By transforming them into places of inclusion, cohesion and shared well-being. Art and fondazione illimity meet in Cesenatico thanks to Virginia Verona, a street artist and tattooist from Cesena, who created the mural for fondazione illimity’s first project, Albergo Etico Cesenatico, together with students from the local Leonardo da Vinci school.
Virginia approached the world of art as a child and, inspired by the work of her street artist uncle, she began doodling on the walls of her home at the age of ten, turning art into a passion. She graduated from Ravenna High School of Art and then earned a degree in New Technologies of Art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Urbino. She began working in the Graphic Designers sector only to leave it shortly after, landing in a world she holds dear, that of tattoos. Over time she became a professional tattoo artist without ever abandoning Street Art, developing a style that takes inspiration from the world around us: nature, plants and animals that remind us of the importance of sustainability and our impact on the world. Her goal is leaving an indelible trace, on walls and skin, and raising awareness about building a better future.
With her, illimitHER from STEM becomes STEAM, adding applied arts and creative thinking to science and business subjects to inspire the younger generation to recognize their potential and become the engine of the future.
I try to combine harmony and beauty in unusual ways and places.
