What does working
in sustainability mean

What are the SDGs? What is the role of stakeholder engagement in building a company’s sustainable development strategy? During the "Salone della CSR", illimitHER will meet Martina Rogato, Sustainability Advisor and Young Women Network Chairperson.

Martina Rogato supports companies in dealing with CSR and sustainable development projects. With other under 30s, she founded the non-profit Young Women Network, of which she is the current chairperson. Inspired by her past as activist for Amnesty International and by the current experience as W20 delegate (The G20 summit on gender equalities), she fights to invest in the future and to change the corporate world from within.

Martina spurs the new generations – addressing especially to women – to believe in their abilities in order to use talent and courage as ingredients to reshape their future. How does she succeed in doing this? Starting from sharing her skills: public speaking, tenacity and determination. The same characteristics that have brought Martina all around the world and on famous stages, such as the TEDX.
